Arran joined SIS in 2023 to lead SIS Ventures. Before this, he worked with Inspiring Scotland and was responsible for the CashBack for Communities Fund (on behalf of Scottish Government), focussed on improving the quality of life of disadvantaged young people. In this role, Arran supported the fund’s social impact through 35 organisations to deliver programmes across Scotland.
A qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ of experience working in business advisory, investment and portfolio management, due diligence and finance, Arran has previously held roles with EY, Saffery Champness and Deloitte. He has a BSc honours degree in Physiology from Glasgow University.
