The value of an investment can go down as well as up and an investor could lose part or all of its invested capital. An investor should consider any investment to be a long-term investment and understand that the investments made by the fund are likely to be highly illiquid.
Potential investors should read the information memorandum in respect of any fund before making any investment decision.
