This report marks the halfway point of our ten-year 'Building an Impact Economy' strategy and SIS's 25th anniversary year, where we reflect on the long-term systems change achieved across our ecosystem. It also outlines our priorities: expanding access to fair and affordable finance, supporting innovation, strengthening the Impact Economy, and driving policy change on financial inclusion.
In this report we reflect on record levels of loan approvals at SIS, the delivery of the Community Investment Enterprise Fund (CIEF) with Lloyds Bank, Better Society Capital and three CDFIs, the launch of Dechomai's Access Report with Firstport, and, as lead member of Financial Inclusion for Scotland, the group launched Scotland's first co-produced financial inclusion strategy.
